Too Much Discipline?


Discipline feels good when you don’t over-discipline yourself. Then it becomes an irritant and you begin resenting it.

Start off slow and keep a steady forward moving process until you reach an optimal level and balance with all else in your life.

Go easy with it. Allow yourself ups and downs. Starts and stops. Cruise it for a while, why not?

It’s your life; you’re the driver. Set the pace as you go.

When chaos pops up, take it off cruise control and do your thing to maneuver through it. Just like you always do.

You make the rules for you.
