WW Davies-Tight’s New Year Message
Let us all behave ourselves in 2023.
It starts with me, for me.
Lawyer: Does that mean you’ll stop telling people what to do and how to do it?
Witness: I write from my personal experience and observation using my entire organism that reaches to every spot in the universe, because I am the universe. I am an open door.
Lawyer: Answer yes or no.
Witness: If you think that’s going to change, then go back to sleep and pick another dream where you’re in charge of you, not me.
Lawyer: Yes or no.
Witness: When you define the wordage of my answer, before I answer, then you become the witness. Witnesses are required by law to pledge the truth before testimony.
Lawyer: Your honor, permission to question a hostile witness.
Judge: Just answer the question.
Witness: I already did, twice, and the lawyer for the defense is badgering me, a witness, over something that hasn’t been witnessed yet.
Judge: Just say something, anything.
Witness: Supposition.
Lawyer: Supposition of what?
Witness: I don’t know yet.
Lawyer: When will you know?
Witness: I don’t know.
Lawyer: Your honor, that isn’t an answer.
Judge: “I don’t know” is an answer.
Judge: There’s no evidence here of anything, yet. Next time don’t bring supposition cases into my court room.
