Many people in the USA are not given appropriate medical attention, even when they have healthcare insurance to cover the expenses.
Hospitals and clinics who control the doctors affiliated with them set the tone in order to placate insurance companies that don’t want to pay, even when a patient is insured.
So healthcare is rationed even among the group that has sufficient coverage.
Take two people with the exact same coverage. One is the working poor, the other is rich. The rich person will get a better healthcare response than the poor person. That creates chaos.
