The sky isn’t only up there.
When you go outside the sky is in your face, at your back, beneath your feet before they touch new ground, to the left and right of you and at every angle in between times pi.
Yes the sky is in your face on your face and on the back of your head every step you take.
Yes the sky is in the Uber or bus you take – same way in every direction.
Yes the sky is under your arms balancing you no matter what you do with every breath you take know for sure it’s the sky – the sky you love and live to view at a distance is in every breath you take. The sky surrounds you and runs through you like a river.
Pollute the sky and you pollute yourself. The sky and you are one for as long as you both shall live.
Remember that when law makers determine based on momentary greed that the sky doesn’t really matter much since there’s so much of it. The vastness. Imagine that.
Then imagine a microcosm of that vastness entering your tiny organism in comparison and consider what a vast sick sky can do to your teeny weeny self.
Honor the sky. It’s what breathes you and allows you to grow along with the plant life, the wild life and the marine life.
Treat the sky with respect. Where does all that exhaust from all those planes populating the sky go? How far down does it fall, and how far up does the exhaust from factories and vehicles rise? Or does it? What makes emissions linger, hover, blanketing the earth with a dome-like thickness that traps the heat and poisons us. Where do the fumes go? Back to us?
The sky isn’t only up there. It’s everywhere. You can’t get away from it. Why would you want to when it’s the reason you live. You can’t survive without it. No sky, no you.
The sky could collapse if it gets too heavy. The sky really is falling.
WATCH OUT.
